Caleb has been speaking to groups on leadership, communication, and workplace culture since 2014 and became a certified member of John Maxwell’s Team in 2015. With a 10-year background in personal finance and as a Certified Financial Planning® Practitioner and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, Caleb knows first-hand that company financial prudence is paramount to long-term success and is driven to help companies succeed through managing their most crucial resource – people.
Caleb and his wife Sarah live in Birmingham, Alabama with their 2 young children. They are active members at the Church of Brookhills and committed stewards to both local and global ministries including clean water initiatives and homeless outreach.

LeaderWise academy was originally created as a solution to two issues we saw repeatedly in companies all over the Southeast. 1) the leadership gap between current leadership and the next generation and 2) the lack of awareness by business owners of toxic culture that was driving away talent and inhibiting communication. We were privy to a very unique perspective in companies as we would meet with the top current leadership down to new hires all on the same day and we began to hear very different narratives about company culture, leadership, and overall workplace satisfaction from the different levels of the company. This lead us to create programming that would enlighten, enable, and ultimately empower leaders to actually, lead. Leadership, Communication, and Culture set the lid on your company and your legacy. If we can raise the bar in all three areas you will have an engaged, energized and empowered work force that wants to help you reach your company’s vision. Our approach is simple: lead yourself, lead others, lead the vision. 

  • Yourself: defining principles, gaining perspective, learning to say no, creating habits, pursuit of better
  •  Others: encouragement, insight, connection, motivation, discipline 
  •  Vision: Know the vision, show the vision, grow the vision
